Lifting alle braccia, non sempre è la soluzione giusta
Il Lifting non è l’unica soluzione. Quando il grasso è in eccesso e la pelle è cadente si possono valutare anche liposuzioni mirate senza esito cicatriziale.
Le braccia, si sa, sono un problema molto sentito dalle signore molto in carne o con molti anni alle spalle. Talvolta, in queste situazioni, è proibitivo indossare quegli eleganti vestiti senza maniche che tanto ci piacciono in estate o in quelle serate elegantissime cui può capitare di partecipare.
Alzando le braccia in perpendicolare sul corpo l’eccesso di grasso può fare quell’effetto “ali di pipistrello” o “flag” – bandiera, come dicono gli americani – che limita fortemente la propria libertà estetica. Così come, anche a braccia distese lungo i fianchi, il peso e la decadenza, provocano il classico inestetismo informe.
Effettuare una brachioplastica o lifting delle braccia, però, anche se in alcuni casi è davvero necessario, è sempre l’ultima soluzione. Ci saranno sempre cicatrici che, per quanto alcuni chirurghi siano veri e propri maghi nel nasconderle e dissimularle, avranno sempre una certa evidenza.
Prova è che su dieci richieste in studio di lifting alle braccia, sono probabilmente solo due o tre quelli irrinunciabili.
Anzitutto chiariamo una cosa: spesso le richieste di lifting provengono da signore che hanno semplicemente il desiderio di rimodellare le braccia, ma non è detto che lo stesso effetto non si possa ottenere con metodi chirurgici alternativi.
Una liposcultura chirurgica, effettuata da mani esperte, risolve sette volte su dieci egregiamente il problema, con risultati permanenti e minori o nulli esisti cicatriziali.
Nel caso di un normale sovrappeso si pratica una minuscola incisione all’altezza del gomito e dell’ascella per infilare le microcannule e in qualche giorno il risultato è più che brillante. Ci sono casi in cui si possono eliminare senza troppi fastidi fino a 250 grammi di grasso in eccesso per braccio.
Il lifting è dunque un intervento inutile? Non esageriamo. Ci sono moltissimi casi in cui non si può proprio farne a meno. C’è gente che soffre moltissimo per le proprie braccia flaccide, soprattutto se c’è una lassità cutanea importante e evidente, dovuta a dimagrimenti notevoli.
Quando si procede il chirurgo valuta attentamente il tipo di esito cicatriziale, che, pur essendo esteso, può essere visibile solo in particolari e rare occasioni.
